What is a Professional Line Product ?

· Olympus and Philips Professional Line Products are a product line that is only sold through authorized certified dealers who are approved by Olympus and Philips respectively.   We are Olympus Pro Dealers and Philips Pro Dealers!

Why is MSRP enforced by Olympus and Philips ?

· Olympus and Philips enforce dealer advertising at MSRP to provide an ethical retail channel for customers with dealers who are unquestionably dedicated and committed to sell, support, and service Olympus and Philips digital voice recording and transcription products.

Why are Professional Line Products listed on our website at MSRP ?

· Olympus and Philips will and do cut off Professional Line Product supply and cancel retail dealer’s “authorized certified dealership” on those dealers who advertises any Professional Line Product below MSRP.

· Once Olympus or Philips cancels a dealer’s authorized certified dealership, there is no incentive for that dealer to support Professional Line Products you purchased from them.   That is if the deal provided committed support to begin with.

The Olympus digital solution is HIPAA compliant at the software level through the use of the AS-4000 DSS Player Pro software when sending and receiving digital recordings via email.  HIPAA compliance starts with the Philips digital solution at the DPM-9600 digital recorder level.  Both accomplish compliance using encryption and the use of a password.
