Sales Tax

The New Jersey Division of Taxation retail sales tax rate is 7% on all merchandise orders shipped to addresses within New Jersey.

Shipments

· Shipping & Handling is free on orders over $800 before tax.

· Our primary shipping carrier is UPS although we sometimes use the U.S. Post Office, FedEx and DHL delivery services.

· Orders paid using non-local check are shipped as soon as the check has cleared (usually takes 3 business days). We will notify the customer when is the order is shipped either by phone or e-mail.

· Order invoices are sent via e-mail for printing on client’s printer or retained on client’s computer for handy reference.

· You will be notified via email of the Order Tracking number provided by the shipper (UPS, USPS, FedEx and DHL) so you may track your order using the Order Tracking link provided on this website.

Returns

To date (since 1994), we are proud to say that we have never had a customer return. However, if you do have a return, we will gladly accept this product if it is in it’s original new unopened clear plastic shrink wrapped product packaging returned to us within 22 calendar days (this includes week days and weekend days) from the invoice date. A 25% restocking fee does apply to all returns. Shipping to buyer is the buyer’s expense. Return shipping is the buyer’s expense.
